It's Never Too Late
by RON ALDRIDGE
Produced by ED CRUTCHLEY
Performed in October 2009
What can Susan do when she reaches her 58th birthday and finds her husband of forty years has run off with a younger woman?
That is the central question posed by this comedy by the author of You're Only Young Twice, which we performed back in 2008.
An
everyday tale of village committees, toyboys, lacy red underwear and
voodoo, the play went down extremely well with our audiences.
We gave an extra fourth performance on Saturday for this production, for the first time in the Valley Players' 44 year history.
